I shall bid a farewell to my blog.

Have created several blogs before however i couldn't bare to leave this part of my life(blog) , which has been with me since 2006 therefore this blog has been with me till now.

Looking back my archives,

i would laugh at myself for getting angry, sad, happy over the slightest thing.

in fact, life then was rather simple and i wasn't aware of it.

Read a novel,

it mentioned

"Life's book is hard to understand: why couldst thou not remain at school?"

Many challenges i've faced and overcame certainly made me want to grow out of the phrase of child-like me. hahaha...

I have a dream,

One of them is to travel around the world ,

hahaha.. you won't believe this but i want to back pack!

I want to see the world before i turn old and weak.

I want to explore the deserted, the ancient and the mysterious place in the world too!

and someone said:

It's our dreams that gave us courage........"

Let my dream, inspirations begin in another journal...

And of course, as this blog is a story about me, those before me, those after me ( in terms of chronological age) and those around me...

Received this picture few days ago from Jing. I love this picture alot! Kinda of brings me back the memories of my first long long run..

Haven been blogging for days ..
I just came back from my A-team camp few days ago.. ehh.. to be precise i shall say one week ago?

Camp was fun , just that there's no aircon in the room. It was stuffy :(

i can say 30th may was one of the best day of my life! :)

Was super duper excited for the adidas sundown since march because it's my first marathon that i'm taking part in! haha, with jing and lydia's invitation too ..^^

I even had a nightmare the day before the race! gosh i think i watched too much NINJA warriors because i dreamed of me taking part in that show! haha.. i dreamt that i was isloated in the open sea and have to find the way out. Worst still, the bridge is wooden and it's not stable.

Anyway, my point is that I'm just nervous that i have jelly legs during the race.XD

Met new friend, Jing's friend: Haslinda :D

She's good in motivating me to run! haha. we played the "target" games and cut through alot of people during the 6th km.

Especially the last km, haslinda was really enthu to sprint all the way back. :X!

so we sprinted !

i was so exhausted from the non-stop 10km run( my first non-stop run)! felt a lttile giddy after the run and really felt like vomitting! but thank god theres 100 plus to quench my thirst and a little bit of flavour :)

overall, it was great during the run ! especially with a company:)

and very honoured to see plane flying over our head while running and trying to guess which airline it belongs to. ahaha^^

School has been abit busy now and tests are coming everyweek:S

just took my principle of management paper today ...

met up with my long lost primary school friend, Mei hoi... few days ago.

catch up alot, who have changed, who got into where, it's really funny how we used to go over another friend house to sing when we were only primary 6?

Organising chalet is really tiring and busy! ( must also thank my co-buddy to help too!)^^

However is worthwhile, looking at everyone's smiling faces... can see everyone enjoyed it( me too!) .. some even entertained themselves with chess!

Day 1

Obstacle one :

dig a hole to find the Oreo cookie wrapper with instructions at the back.

Really funny cus i've instructed them to take a picture with 2 random stranger whose wearing yellow and red.

Kim chuan said it might fail because the beach was secluded.

Guess what? God was so nice that when Adelene( team A) saw 2 guys fishing wearing yellow and red! HAHA ( laughing so loudly XD!) . Team B was assigned to find 2 kind souls to eat oreo for them and take a picture with oreo cookies!

Obstacle 2:

walk back-to-back 5 times( hahaha, ade and han peiling cannot make it.!)

decided to lock my blog for a period of time.( well, least i can feel more comfortable in expressing myself)

chatted with ade just now and she showed me links regarding some stuff,

i refrained myself from being too close with anyone now because i fear that i get too used to having her/him around.

Sometimes i would rather not have anything than to have something.

( i know i'm not making any sense)

I fear that i will be too drawn back one day that i will choose to keep a distant from everyone.

That gives me some creeps too..

Hello world.

Can feel frustrations starting to mount in me , perhaps its an aftermath effect.

I know that it's not right to be paranoid now and i know it's dumb to whine how i felt. However, i don't like to bottle up my grieves or even happiness ..

it feels as if i'm suffocating.

Today, someone said some hurtful remarks to me regarding my looks.. which she repeatedly said it infront of a large amount of people.I forgave her actions after much thought( i was angry initially)because i know she is a direct and crude person. However, what i don't understand is she grew up in the environment learning the Truth of life.

What's more is she's already an adult..

i know it's not right to comment on people and pin point at people wrong doings ..

however, i find being tactful is really important.

Just by this mistake she has committed, i feel i am looking at myself when i look at her.

I feel i used to behave like her..

i find that i am also tactless and insensitive sometimes.

i know haven been feeling too good so it probably adds on to my unhappiness.

Well, looking at how i was before and how i would react in the past..

i know, i would probably start to "react" wrongly again,

So in order to stop my mistakes from repeating, i started finding some answers to these frustrations.

Came across this saying,

It says,

One of the best way to understand people is to ask them,"How do you see your life?"

Just like if you see life is a party, your primary value in life is having fun.

If you see life is a race, you will speed and will probably be in hurry much of a time.

If you see life is a battle or a game , winning is very important to you.

so i thought i see life as a race, reason being,

i am always anxious and never want to stop doing the things which i think will bring me nearer to my goals.

so what do you think life is?

Life to me is a never ending test .

i am motivated when i read this saying,

" Everyday is an important day, and every second is a growth opportunity to deepen my character , to demonstrate love, or depend on God"

It could be because i was too shallow , restricting myself for a growth opportunity .

because i am a vegetarian.

i bought a pack of fries for an 8 hour trip back home.

feeling hungry and angry.

everything came.

we argued when we reached home.

what did i do wrong for being a vegetarian?...

went my Job fair training which will be held this weekend! WOO. it's gonna be challenging and fun because i can learn interpersonal skills. haha( and see all sorts of weirdos around the globe, good chance!)

Yanyan and Fiona are joining me as well! haha.

After training , went to watch SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE.( superb show, i'll give it a 4 /5, Bin, hl and zy, i dont mind watching it again, no worries and sorry i went to watch it hehh, !:P)

it's really the 'Reality' show, i like to be exposed to different culture.

Don't you think we always blame anything,anyone,even the mighty god, on things that is not right..

We always whine, why is this happening to me?

Today i finally know how to see things in a different angle. However, i shall elaborate on my outing with Jing first:)!

Went cycling with Jing today..

It was great and fun because we chatted non-stop even when cycling too!

haha, i want to watch WATCHMEN because the way Jing described it was hilarious!!!

and i'm quite touched and honoured by Jing's comment,

Jing said that she feels comfortable sharing inner thoughts with me:) ( because she only share her opinions selectively)

So, back to the point i was saying we always blame why are we unlucky and so on..

i reckon ,

everything happens for a reason.

Just like today, i took bus 15 to the nearest MRT station( which is Eunos station) to go home.

Little did i expect i would miss the stop i'm supposed to alight!( well it's not really my fault because it's my first time taking the bus:S)

While i was running to bustop across the road to detour,

saw bus 15 passed by:(:(

kinda thought i was unlucky and blur as always:(

Felt disappointed that i didnt run fast enough to take bus 15..

However, you wouldn't believe i saw that the bustop have other buses such as bus 5 ( which i thought the number was familiar)

haha..

so i went to check out where the bus would be touring about..

and just as expected, i can take bus 5 home!

So, after all it was good that i've missed bus 15 because i can take bus 5 which brings me home which saves me the trouble to change from bus to MRT.

Everything happens for a reason, indeed is really true..

anyway

today was Great! fabulous!

i went rock climbing with lydia again!

i finally can feel the challenge, the initiative to try, the confidence i should have for every step i make.

i thought i can't make it to the top, but to my astonishment, I did!( with Lydia's encouragement too:) thanks lydia:D)

haha, i think i can surprise myself sometimes too. :)

really learnt some things during the climb,

when one friend mentioned,

" You need to balance yourself before you can climb even further , don't just use only your strength to climb. It's because, you will get exhausted very quickly,because you have used up all your strength.."

i kind of thought it can really apply to our daily life,

just like we need to balance our life, so we can move further , not just to focus and concentrate on one thing which in turn leading to an exhausted life.

I'm happy that ive signed up the climbing membership!

So next up, i going to go back to yoga lessons too, with mama this time round(:

and definitely going to get sports shoes for my 1st 10 km run this may!

i can't believe i'm this excited to do sports( kind of give me back the feeling of my aussie life when i was young:D!)

I'm not fully trained yet but they slot me in selling ferry tickets.

Really an experience,

i had to run to the jetty every one hour, if its raining* ( i got to bring umbrella) if not i have to walk under the sun!

Couldn't believe i was sabotaged on my first day of work:(:(

XXX gave wrong information to the customer and heard from my collegue tat XXX know its the wrong info and said to let me handle it.... >:( ( rah~!)

Suddenly 12 customers with 12 tickets surrounded me and asked to explain why can't have the promotion free and so on.( i can't breatheeeeeee.)

it was chaos when 12 people bombarded me... Cus i don't know ANYTHING as none brief me on anything regarding to the promotion .( screamssssssssss!)

I surprised myself though.(hehhh)

i replied calmly, saying

" Sir, today is my first day of work, i am not very familiar with the information but i can check it out for you now."

Plus i gave a retarted smile like this----> :D

after which, i ran to the counters and asked what happened.

amazingly, everyone was busy as well!

i was like (oh mann. this can't be happening)

Thankfully, someone replied me and told XXX to clear the mess XXX gave me.

sigh of relief.. Ahhh~

there was this phrase which imprinted in my mind after the show,

Just thought i was so self-centred, selfish and unfilial

i positioned myself in my mum's shoe.

and i thought, if i am my mum , i really will feel so disappointed in my daughter.

Mum's love is magnanimous.

i was too engrossed in my studies for the past years and neglected the surrounding and people around me,

i hate that part of me actually.

" Are your family members merely the assistants to help you achieve your personal goals or are the one who can help them accomplish their dreams?"

i read this question from some Teachings ive learnt.

我很内就。。。

Mum was the one who assist me when i want to achieve the goal, goal of being the best in academics.

but i've have utterly failed as a filial daughter.

failed to take care of my body ( yes, including i should be sleeping now.. )

i looked through the photos, looking through how skinny ---------- to skinner i got..

looking at mum's expression ..

i failed as a daughter, for making her losing her sleep, for making her losing appetite in the past.

就不孝的孩子是不真惜自己。。

i really feel so bad, crappy when i see myself in the past, how i was such a unfilial daughter causing her feeling disheartened.

She never gave up on me, even when granny said that it was wrong decision to bring me to this world...

it was me, who indirectly caused mum almost died 19 years ago.

it was me, who made her teared so much,

it was me, who made her losing her sleep.

it was me, who caused her quarreling with dad for defending my wrongdoings.

sometimes, i really wished i never existed.

But it is even more unfilial to have that thought sprouted out...

anyway, i disliked this emotional me, but just thought that i might not have the courage to say this again..:(

today was a freaky day ever.

my eyes was twitching all day and it gave me a bad feeling.

Mum's work place was on fire due to short circuit:X! i can't believe what i heard when mum came back.

Thank god, dad was quick-witted, ( he was pretty calm when everyone was in chaos) according to mum. dad took the fire extinguisher( which he used to talk about it in my old house, saying that it is useful ha..)and he was brave enough to "fight" the fire.

thankfully, mum and dad is safe and sound. :)

Dad looked rather quiet today, hmm.. maybe i should tell him his favourite froggy joke. hahah,i'm laughing in the living now( 12.51am)

Mum was complaining that she don't have a dress for chinese new year,( well, she seem to have the mood to shop )haha, so i was a kind soul, i accompanied her to shop.:D:D

before i say my thoughts of the day, i have something to share

I know this special friend of mine, who never speak to me verbally before.

However, he is the first who gave me the warmest welcome when i arrived home.

He gives me the greatest cuddle i can ever get.

His innocence and cheekiness can make my day.

He keeps me fit and hopefully develop nice abs by Decorating the house with torn tissues so i have to clear his art(mess).

He shows his reluctance of allowing me to go to school by hiding my shoe away.

He never fails to give me wake up calls every morning.

he keeps me accompanied when no one is at home.

i know i shouldn't leave you in suspense. >;X

yesterday i called bear to see how is everything over there as there was a hailstorm as he msged last night. so i was a little worried, thus made a phone call.

We didnt get to chat online for soo long because i was having exams for the past few weeks and now he is having his exams till 3rd week of sept:(

One thing i didn't knw was that he sent me a handmade card by him last month before his holiday ended. i didn't see the card arriving to me. When he told me last night that he sent the card long time ago, i was quite shocked! Cus it was alrd weeks and yet i didn't receive.

after our chat, i searched high and low around my house.Woke up in the morning to search again,~ and now ive found it underneath whole pile of letters and somemore covered with my bro's junkmails. "Phew.." but rather i was a little angry cus none of my family members told me that i have mails! i should have make a mail box at home then new mails should be slotted into the "mail box" and NOT SCATTERED everywhere.~

this card is soo cute and funny.

every nitty gritty details of our memories are there.

haha, i like shrek hairband!haha... and the MOLE:D with urm one strand of hair sticking out.-.-" haha..

and the DOUGHNUT, (i still remember,we had 3 days of diarrhea after eating the same MINT doughnut)

A story which left footprints .....

it began when they went for a gathering for special occasion for their childhood friend,

they met unintentionally in an outing.

Soon, outings to the zoo, to the malls , then for jogs.

one day,

he came with the wrong flowers for the occasion...

however, it didn't spoil the occasion.

there were ups and downs which created unforgettable memories.

thursday 18th october,

when he told her, he has to leave next week.

thursday 25 october,

she rushed off to the airport right after her chemistry paper to bid farewell.....

tears was accumulating,

it was the last time in 2007 she could see him in person.

maybe, they can see each other again someday,

hope that someday will arrive soon...
